The rules for using FantasyLeague, our free-to-join fantasy football platform for sponsored competitions in Nigeria.

Introduction
Welcome to FantasyLeague ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in cash competitions on the Platform.
FantasyLeague is intended for users in Nigeria. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with applicable laws in your location.

User accounts
Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep your profile up to date.
Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access at support@fantasy.ng.
One account per person
Strict policy
Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts for collusion, bonus abuse, or fraud may result in suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances.
Competitions & prizes
FantasyLeague offers free sponsored leagues and match-day tournaments. Rules, scoring, and deadlines are shown on each competition page before you enter.
Classic leagues
- Weekly (single gameweek) or seasonal (cumulative) formats
- Requires a full 15-player squad on the Platform
- Set lineup, captain, transfers, and chips on Pick Team
- FPL-style scoring from synced player stats
Match-day tournaments
- Tied to a single fixture between two clubs
- Separate mini-squad picked from those teams only
- Custom decimal scoring; captain ×1.5
- Picks lock at kickoff
Entry
New leagues are free to join. You do not pay an entry fee, and you cannot deposit money to enter. Leagues that already charged an entry fee before this change are closed to new joins. Existing entries in those leagues are not cancelled. Entries are generally non-refundable once a competition has started or your squad is locked.
Scoring
Classic league scores are calculated from your Fantasy squad, lineup, and synced Premier League player statistics — not from your official Fantasy Premier League account. Tournament scores use the custom rules published for each event.
Prizes
Each league is sponsored. The sponsor guarantees the prize pool shown on the league, and that amount is what winners are paid — it is not reduced by a platform fee. The pool is split by place (first, second, and third, or the league's duo, jackpot, or custom split). Tied positions may share prize money equally. Winnings are credited to your wallet.
Joining windows
- Weekly classic leagues: join before the gameweek deadline while status is open
- Seasonal leagues: join while open, up to gameweek 35
- Leagues are created and sponsored by the platform. Users cannot create leagues or pay a creation fee
Private leagues
Some leagues require an access code. You must not share codes in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Deposits
Deposits are closed. You cannot add money to your wallet to enter a league. Any deposit that was already in progress may still be confirmed. Existing wallet balances can be withdrawn.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are sent to a linked Nigerian bank account you control. Withdrawal requests may require review and approval. We may request identity verification before processing withdrawals.
FantasyLeague is not a bank or financial institution. Wallet balances do not earn interest. You are responsible for taxes on winnings where applicable.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, voiding of entries, and forfeiture of wallet balances, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers & liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Player data and statistics are sourced from third-party providers; we are not responsible for delays or errors in external data feeds.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FantasyLeague shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by law.
