The rules for using Fantasy, our fantasy football platform for real-money competitions in Nigeria.

Introduction
Welcome to Fantasy("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in cash competitions on the Platform.
Fantasy is intended for users in Nigeria. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with applicable laws in your location.

User accounts
Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep your profile up to date.
Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access at support@fantasy.ng.
One account per person
Strict policy
Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts for collusion, bonus abuse, or fraud may result in suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances.
Competitions & prizes
Fantasy offers two main types of real-money competitions. Rules, scoring, and deadlines are shown on each competition page before you enter.
Classic leagues
- Weekly (single gameweek) or seasonal (cumulative) formats
- Requires a full 15-player squad on the Platform
- Set lineup, captain, transfers, and chips on Pick Team
- FPL-style scoring from synced player stats
Match-day tournaments
- Tied to a single fixture between two clubs
- Separate mini-squad picked from those teams only
- Custom decimal scoring; captain ×1.5
- Picks lock at kickoff
Entry fees & refunds
Entry fees are debited from your NGN wallet when you join. Entries are generally non-refundable once a competition has started or your squad is locked. If a league is cancelled before it begins (for example, due to insufficient participants), entry fees are refunded to your wallet.
Scoring
Classic league scores are calculated from your Fantasy squad, lineup, and synced Premier League player statistics — not from your official Fantasy Premier League account. Tournament scores use the custom rules published for each event.
Prizes & platform fees
Prize pools are typically formed from entry fees (minus a platform fee) or from a fixed sponsored pool. The platform fee percentage and prize breakdown are displayed on each league or tournament before you join. Tied positions may share prize money equally.
Joining windows
- Weekly classic leagues: join before the gameweek deadline while status is open
- Seasonal leagues: join while open, up to gameweek 35
- User-created classic leagues require a ₦500 creation fee from your wallet
Private leagues
Some leagues require an access code. You must not share codes in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Deposits
Deposits are made via bank transfer using the instructions shown in your wallet. Funds are credited after payment is confirmed. We do not guarantee instant crediting.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are sent to a linked Nigerian bank account you control. Withdrawal requests may require review and approval. We may request identity verification before processing withdrawals.
Fantasy is not a bank or financial institution. Wallet balances do not earn interest. You are responsible for taxes on winnings where applicable.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, voiding of entries, and forfeiture of wallet balances, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers & liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Player data and statistics are sourced from third-party providers; we are not responsible for delays or errors in external data feeds.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by law.
